Greek Yogurt Parfait with Roasted Grapes
This breakfast parfait doesn't just look pretty - it tastes amazing, too!

- 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cup red seedless grapes
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 tbs walnuts, chopped
- 1 tsp honey, for drizzling
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
On a sheet pan lined with parchment paper, toss grapes with olive oil. Roast in 450 degree oven for 15-10 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes.
Add yogurt to bowl, top with roasted grapes and walnuts and drizzle with honey.
