Parmesan Crisps
These gluten free crisps are wonderful accompaniments to soups and salads, or on their own as a tasty snack.

- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Shred or grate Parmesan cheese into a small bowl. Add black pepper and italian seasoning, and stir to combine.
Using a tablespoon, place cheese mixture onto the parchment paper evenly in rounds. Place in preheated oven and cook for 6-7 minutes, or until cheese is melted, bubbly and slightly browned.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Remove from baking sheet with a spatula and serve, or store in a sealed container.
